Where to start... when you go and do your shop, it is absoluttely clear that Metro staff have priority, often you need to reverse, wait, move over over or find another way because Metro staff will not have any courtesy or empathy for there clients. This also becomes clear when there is an issue like today... apparently the Metro system has been hacked and even for basic things like deducting a voucher (for the empty goods I just dropped off) is impossible. So when I ask why they just can't apply a discount to my bill the only answer I get is: No, we can't do that... No empathy for the customer, no willingness to find a solution, not even when the manager comes over. The only answer I get from him is: no, we can't do that. Just keep the ticket and use it next time! When even the manager has no ability to care for the cliënt, of course the rest of the staff just follow his lead. No surprise Metro is in difficulties as with this type of attitude and company culture, customers will eventually shop elsewhere, including me.

Huge fans of our Metro in Austria we wanted to discover the selection available here. This warehouse store has 2 specificities , it is reserved to the gastronomie branch and welcomes clients aged 14+ by law. The team is very friendly and attentive. The selection of food is good, especially the liquors and beers, but probably due to local taste, a bit limited regarding international meat & wines. A great experience altogether, the local duck hearts and the Nikka whisky we got there were a delight!

Если вы сюда приехали на большом грузовике (40тонн) и привезли бытовую технику то скорее всего вам назначат 4ю рампу, не пытайтесь туда припарковаться через левое плечо, это бесполезно,только через правое плечо, места очень мало для маневра в остальном все хорошо,выгружают быстро,душа нет.

Pas d'avis ! La personne en charge de me réactualisé mon compte n'a pas réussi a le faire....; Prétexte je suis sois disant carrossier et non boucher 🤣...ca étais une erreur de leur part d avoir fait la carte auparavant. Installé depuis 2001 je suis une station service avec un garage c'est noté sur le KBIS! Si non ça va bien se passer... Elle n'a rien voulue savoir et du coup j'ai laissé mon chariot déjà bien rempli . Je savais pas qui fallait avoir une boucherie pour aller a Métro ?🤔
