The click and collect operation was absolutely catastrophic. They dont know what is a Customer service . I will never going back in this place. I just give you 3 stars for the excellence of the salesperson on The TV side[this guy yes deserve 5stars]

Bought a microwave on their site, came to pick it up and they told me they have a problem with their provider, and it will take 3 months. They told me they cant cancel it and reimburse me because i bought it on their online shop and that it’s not their problem. Horrible customer experience and service, I’m not buying anymore from them.
