DARTY Perpignan

It was too hot in the store, they need to turn on the AC a bit more. Also and it might not be representative to the store but the sales person could be more friendly. Combination of a lack of inventory, heat and salesman performance made me purchase at Boulanger.

We just spent a week designing a new kitchen at Darty Perpignan. From the beginning, we felt comfortable and confident in the hands of Mme Nancy Fantozzi. She was extremely resourceful, patient, competent, and totally delightful to work with. Her attention to details made us feel comfortable in the thoroughness of the plan. She even did her best to communicate with us in English! She transformed an experience, which could have been stressful, into a comfortable, pleasant, and satisfying experience. We really felt that she touched all the bases. We are very pleased with the final design of the kitchen. Thank you Nancy! Thank you Darty!

Since we have comeback to France, all of our needed appliances have been from Darty, the staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable specifically Jerome in the washer/dryer department. he spent a lot of time with us discussing all the plus and minus of various brands based on my choices. the installers are always so professional and take good care of their customers. DARTY may be a little more than other stores but they offer great after sale services that are bar none the best.

High prices. Had to pay just to get a quote for a repair of a microwave which was still under guarantee. Staff very polite.
