DARTY Marseille - Les Terrasses du Port

Salesperson went out of his way to take care of others even though we were first in line and sought him out. Afterwards, he worked too hard to upsell us to a more expensive model. When we insisted on the model we wanted, he gave us a ticket and (after we paid) mentioned that we had to pick up the merchandise at another location. When I asked for a refund (via my cc) he said that he could only give us a gift card back. It was only after insisting on a refund, and his colleague interjected, that my cc could be credited back and I was finally freed from a bad customer experience. The salesperson seemed to be bored and not particularly happy in his job, which is his right. I just wished that he didn't take it out on us. I also suspect that he was/is deferential to only certain customers and biased against others. Either way it was not a good way to end the year.
