Our new kitchen exceeds all expectations. The fitter was polite and very profesional. He has fitted the kitchen beautifully. Cleaned up after the work, removed all the packaging, couldn't ask for more. Recommend this Company. The quality of the kitchen units is of a high quality and has a good guarantee. I would recommend Darty. Our original visit to Darty for choosing a kitchen was very helpful. Their staff treated us with respect and were very professional. We were given as much time as we needed to discuss elements of the design and which design of kitchen best suited us. All in all our experience with Darty was very professional and welcoming. I'll certainly use them again and recommend them.

We went into the store looking for a stove and extractor. Enis and his team were very professional, helpful and took the time to explain all their products. We did buy a Stoves cooker and extractor from them and were very pleased with the delivery process too. The guys were prompt, professional and helpful. Thank you, we will be back Enis to buy from you again! I would 100% recommend this store, much more friendly than any other we've been to locally.

We walked into this store based on nothing but a hunch. We need a new kitchen. We just arrived in France and are stumbling our way through everything. Marie greeted us with the kindest smile. Helped us walk through our needs and ideas. Reviewed all the options with us. Helped make a personalized selection, keeping in mind what our style and preferences are. We wanted to take advantage of the summer sales so she spent the next 3 days working with us relentlessly to find the best options with the best prices and designed our kitchen in detail. She is diligent and courteous and very knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure we understood everything with our very minimal French and her pretty good english. Her patience was endless. As an architect I really appreciated her attention to detail and making sure to double check that we got it all right. We feel lucky that we bumped into her first when we entered the Darty kitchen store. We will have the kitchen install by end of November 2023. I will update the review further then. We are also highly impressed with the quality of the kitchen cabinets and the hardware Darty offers. And for that quality the price is very fair. (Not truly comparable, but we are never going back to ikea for kitchen cabinets!) The store also had a good selection of a very wide range of appliances, and they matched the sale price of one item we found in another store that was at a slightly lower price. I say this is the service we look forward to. Thank you Marie!!!

I would like to thank Marie Parent for all the help she gave us to realise our dream kitchen. Although initially we spoke in French, Marie's English is very good and I would certainly recommend visiting her if you are looking for a new kitchen. Marie is very knowledgeable about all the options available and spent some time trying to source us the sink we wanted. I found her very warm and trustworthy, which I think are very important traits when you are making this type of investment. The quality of the units is fantastic and as the units are pre-built and the kitchen worktops were cut to size, the whole kitchen only took 1 day to fit. I have already recommended Darty and of course Marie to friends

Eric and his manager Enis Bayadah made it a great experience to buy and plan our kitchen. Eric will realise your vision into your dream kitchen. He understands what will and will not work design-wise, and works very closely with the fitters. Nothing was too much trouble (we asked for quite a few additions and changes). If there is an appliance you would like, but not on the Darty website, please ask and they will try and source it for you. We are looking forward to installation in May! We would recommend the Darty Service, Eric and Enis to all. UPDATE: kitchen was installed at the end of May, and we are extremely happy with it. The kitchen fitters were a dream to work with, and the kitchen is beyond what we were expecting. I would definitely recommend Eric and his team.

I would like to say how professional and friendly the service is here. We purchased a SMEG cooker from the Director of the store, Enis Bayadh. The cooker developed a fault two days after delivery. Enis dealt with our problem impeccably. Apologising for the fault and organising a replacement immediately. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. Thank you for your help today, it is really appreciated.
