I purchased a top-of-the-line Samsung washing machine just 16 months ago. Despite normal family use, it has already broken down. A repair technician identified a hole in the drum and informed me that it's out of warranty, requiring a minimum €500 repair and a wait of at least 15-20 days. I'm extremely disappointed. European law mandates a 24-month warranty, and this premature failure is unacceptable. I've been forced to purchase a new washing machine from a different brand and store. This experience highlights the wasteful nature of our current system. A washing machine, full of valuable materials and energy, should be repairable.

Ordered a complete custom kitchen here and the staff were patient considering the changes and details necessary in designing it. There were some unforeseen issues with installation, but the end result is very nice.

I had the privilege of working with Darty Cuisine through Sonia and Alain, two wonderful people that helped me select my kitchen. I went to Darty cuisine because i needed to custom build my kitchen and Sonia took the case, making sure i choose the best material and get delivered on time. I am very happy of the service and customer care they provided and would recommend Darty Cuisine Madeleine to most of my friends that are looking to have a one stop shop with a good service. Alain and Sonia really make this journey smooth and easy :)

VERY LOW level of responsiveness and BAD SERVICE AFTER SALES. You should send 10000000..000 emails + texts + calls to beg for an answer >>> our issues still not fixed after 6 months!!!

Très déçue du service après la livraison de la dernière pièce reçue après trois mois d'attente (mauvaise pièce commandée, nombreuses relances sans retour). Très déçue également du suivi de la compensation financière que j'attends toujours (presque deux mois d'attente) et que je relance chaque semaine. Les salariés (gérant compris) du magasin ne répondent pas ou après des semaines de relance ou parce qu'on a réussi à avoir le service hiérarchiquement supérieur... Dommage, ca avait pourtant bien commencé avec un autre magasin Darty..

Conseiller très antipathique et condescendant…aucune volonté de m’aider et de trouver des solutions à mes projets. Il avait plus une volonté de me décourager dans mon projet en me disant : « avec votre petit budget faut même pas y penser de prendre ce matériaux là ». Aucun sens de la relation client. Je suis reparti avec un sentiment très désagréable. Je ne reviendrai plus. À éviter absolument.

La cuisiniste de Darty Madeleine, Gina, a bien répondu à mon attente au niveau de mes goûts et a su me proposer des solutions astucieuses d'adaptation de la cuisine au petit espace que j'avais. Pour le montage, l'artisan a respecté tout cela et a fait un travail soigné. Je suis très satisfaite du résultat final.
