Cours de cuisine Toulouse - Amis & Fines Herbes

We attended a class in July where there was an amazing conversation with the group, showing some really engaging ideas and conversations around what matters when cooking, the only downside is that despite asking for a course in English, about 95% of it was in French. So we paid full price for a course that we really struggled to understand. Nicolas was friendly and kind, and there was clearly a lot to learn, but it was sad we were unable to learn most of it. I wish he had simply said that the course was not going to be suitable for us, instead of taking our money but not making us part of the experience. I can understand that he wasn't going to be able to say everything twice, but booking english speakers onto a french speaking session was unfortunate.

Fun experience! For someone who cooks a lot I never look for a specific recipe, so it was perfect to have Nicolas share his philosophy of cooking with us, the meal was splendid and the whole experience was very enjoyable!
