Castorama Toulouse l'Union

Lisa for kitchen, Rayan for SDB and Manuel for floor helped me to guide my renovation project very well. They listen to the need of the customer and give the honest advice. I booked appointments for my project and they took full time with me and my concerns. Really appreciate them. All the staff at castorama union are very friendly and behaves like they truly care. Thank you so much. I can’t express in words how valued they made me feel.

Reasonable product range. However can take 2 weeks + to order items. Some staff are very helpful but others take a "Not my problem/area" attitude to questions/queries. Staff in the relevant sections are often busy with other customer queries. Need to increase Staff, make them more flexible (e.g. not so section specific); and customer training is needed in many cases. There is a discount card but be aware you have one day a year to make a purchase upto 1.500 euros (or more) at 5% discount; having passed 1.500 euros you have one more day in a year to purchase as much more as you want at 10% discount. Purchases outside these 2 days are not discounted - so basically consolidate purchases as much as you can! The card also gives you an extra 10% on month end sales. It costs 10 euros a year
