We had a delivery for them. Let me say that they were the worst. We were here on time for the delivery, they took our paperwork, said that in 5 minutes they will unload us. After 20 minutes waiting time, another truck pulls up for delivery, apparently one French guy who delivers here often. Instead of unloading us, 2 forklifts unloded him and we had to wait for another hour. This is discrimination and abuse of power. I don't know the store (don't want to now), but the merchandise reception lacks profesionalism and discipline

The item I came for was on shelf on the website but it’s wasn’t actually available in store. Hardly accessible by public transportation store, no direct buses or bus stops close enough.

They do have a good choice of products but it does seem a bit unorganized.
